Pre-Made Items
Orders for pre-made items will be dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 or 48 (depending on your selection at checkout)

International orders are shipped via DHL International Tracked
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Made-to-Order Items
Production times for made-to-order items vary and are stated clearly in each product description. As each piece is handmade especially for you, please allow for the listed lead time before dispatch.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be stated in the product description. Please read this carefully before placing your order. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once everything is ready.
