How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This varies from item to item, so please read the item description carefully! Most knitwear and mesh pieces are made-to-order meaning the item is made after you place your order. For knitwear pieces the production time is 21 working days and for mesh pieces the production time is 5 working days. Once your order has been made and sent to you, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

All upcycled pieces are pre-made and will be sent to you within 2 days of purchase!

Where are your clothes made?

Everything is hand-made ❤ with love ❤ in London.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. If you place an order from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties / taxes.

Do you accept returns?

Unless your item arrives damaged, unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing and feel free to email us with any further questions.
